Therefore, my holidays and observances as a composite are not to be copied and put on any other holiday website, blog, Facebook page, etc. If you share them out per day, please give me a credit. Thanks.

General Information

All our holidays are validated with sponsors, organizations, proclamations, history; or, we validate the source or origin for an observance to prove it's not made up.

I do not respect other holiday sites that steal my information and put it on a site wanting to make money from ads or charging to even validate a holiday.

I'll add holidays for free if they are coming from a valid source and not obscene, hateful, etc..

My holidays as a daily, weekly, monthly and total composite are copyrighted via this domain and are not to be taken and put on another website, blog,  or made into a downloadable application, etc.. Doing so is a violation of the DMCA.

I invite you to use my holiday pages for personal use, off-line use for clubs, newsletters, homemade calendars, etc..

Fun Facts:

Bonza Bottler's Days:  (Official Sponsor Site)
This confused some people because there was one every month. It's also confusing because the title doesn't define the observance IMHO. So I did not list them monthly this year. Instead I want to explain what they are.

The Bonza Bottler's Day celebrations means: The day is the same as the month it is in! There are 12 of them as follows:
1-1 (January 1)
2-2 (February 2)
3-3 (March 3)
4-4 (April 4 )
5-5 (May 5)
6-6 (June 6)
7-7 (July 7)
8-8 (August 8)
9-9 (September 9)
10-10 (October 10)
11-11 (November 11)
12-12 (December 12)
The sponsor describes it like this: "To celebrate when the number of the day is the same as the number of the month. It's an excuse to have a party at least once a month!" Now that you know… Party On!

NAME DAY:  (Wikipedia Site)
Since this is personal to each one of us, I'm including the link to the information.
In many countries, besides your birthday, you also have a "Name Day." This is the special day of the year that has been designated for your name. Different countries have different calendars.
Click on NAME DAY to find out more about your special "Name Day."

United Nations has declared 2023:
International Year of Millets 2023
This year is also the Year of The Rabbit: (Chinese Calendar).

Visit our page "How Holidays Begin & How to Start One" for further info.

All the DAILY observances are listed!
This means some days will have larger blocks than others.
This means that each month may be viewed or printed on two or more pages, not one.

We now offer a FREE printable Brownielocks' calendar with her Daily Observances for each month. Note: If someone tells me of a new observance, the html pages will be updated BEFORE the calendar!  But, both are always subject to change as new information is always being provided to me.
